What is BMW ICOM Next?

BMW ICOM Next is a diagnostic and programming tool designed specifically for BMW /MINI Cooper vehicles. It is an advanced and upgraded version of BMW ICOM A2.

ICOM NEXT A+B+C have 3 major Parts :ICOM NEXT A ,Part B and Part C

1. ICOM NEXT A module:ICOM A is a diagnostic interface for all BMW cars and motorcycles. It is connected to car with OBDII connector and LAN cable to a computer.
2. ICOM B :it is diagnosis head designed for BMW cars equipped with a MOST optical port .it connects to an ICOM NEXT A module with USB cable .ICOM B will diagnostic faults code and coding units.The supply voltage is fed in from the USB port.
3. ICOM C (LEGACY VEHICLE ADAPTER) :The Part C is a smart interface converter with an OBD connector and a vendor-specific round plug.
   It is used as an extended extra module to connect the ICOM NEXT A to vehicles without an OBD interface. Voltage is supplied via the round plug from the vehicle battery’s continuous positive terminal (30).
   ICOM C is specified for a minimum voltage of 8V.
